Change to Mileage Billing Rescinded

CMS has made good on it's promise to rescind the mileage billing change that was to go into effect in 2010. The notice to rescind the change was not published in a new transmittal, however the original transmittal that started all of this has been changed to read that it has been rescinded. http://www.cms.hhs.gov/transmittals/downloads/R1787CP.pdf

Now, I get to tell our development team to undo the code changes we implemented in the next version of Sweet-Billing that were intended to support the now-rescinded change.
